We love to do custom work!! In fact, when we owned our jewelry store, custom work was our specialty. We have successfully designed and made thousands of custom pieces for our clients through the years. We try to put all of this experience toward our custom breed jewelry pieces. |

| We can only use the breed studies that are in production for custom work. If you have a particular design in mind, send us your thoughts, and we will make it, or visit our design idea pages for many different designs. Once a design is agreed upon, we send you an exact size picture of the wax model, an estimate or an exact price, and an approximate delivery date for your approval. | |

| When this picture is approved, we will need a 20% courtesy deposit, or your credit card information to Finish the project. | |

|
| When the model is okayed - we cast in gold, and finish the piece up. Upon completion, we must have payment in full -- in order to ship. | |

| Our final product comes with a guarantee of your satisfaction. You always have 30 days to return the piece for a full refund*. We also stand behind our work, 100%, with a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. This means, simply, if anything should go wrong due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace it for free. | |
| * The only time this does not apply, is when we have to specialize the piece with a name or logo, however, if there is a problem with any of these, we also want to know. | |
