Most all jewelry these days is made to sell and not to last. We design and make a product with our many years of experience that we feel, will last generations, as long as it can be appreciated.

Our warranty is very simple: If for any reason you have any problem with a piece of jewelry that you have purchased from us, please let us know. If the problem is due to our workmanship, we will not only repair or replace it free of charge; we will also reimburse your shipping both ways.

Our warranty does not include any chains. All of our chains are of the finest quality, and we try to only offer chains that in our eyes are the most durable. We cannot warrant them because we do not make them. However, if you should have any problem with a chain that you have purchased from us, please contact us and we will try to solve it.
